Smash warm up
The coach feeds a high ball to player A, easy enaugh for him to hit a confortable overhead ball. The player should
prepare as fast as posible and hit a deep ball, slow at first, the with increased speed. If we have a player with a confident smash, then the coach sould step back, and feed slightly difficult balls.
