Forehand long and cross
In this drill, the coach feeds the ball from the basket. Player A starts from the middle of the court, just behind the
cone, moves into position A1 and hits a forehand long line, goes around the cone, returns to A1 and hits a forehand cross court.Optimum number of players 2-4.
Number of strokes: 5 - 25, depending on the number and skill of players and if we want to work ond speed or resistance.
Obs. We use the cone to force the player to come to the center, if we work on technique the cone should be removed. We can place some cones like in the picture as targets for the player.
