Advanced volley to volley

This drill is used only for players with a consistent and reliable volley. It helps to increase the controll and reaction speed.

The four players A, B, C and D are positioned inside the service box like in the picture (if the players ar more experienced they can play from the service line). Players A and B start one ball each in the same time. They play down the line and the players C and D are playing cross. The ball shouldn't touch the ground.

Obs. The players that play in the same side of the court should focus on hitting the ball in the same time.
