Two backhands


In this drill the coach feeds the ball from the basket, one on the backhand side of the player and the second to the middle. Player A starts from the middle, moves to position A1, hits a backhand and recovers to the middle, while recovering recieves another ball from the coach and hit another backhand.

Optimum number of players 1-4

Obs. The coach should try to put the player under pressure with the second backhand.
