Groundstrokes rally with 4 players

In this drill player A and B play toghether forehand cross and players C and D play backhand cross. Coach starts the ball from outside the court. Players have to be the same playing level.

Obs. They play a fix amount of time and they change, every player has to play forehand long, forehand cross, backhand long and backhand cross.
