Groundstrokes rally with 4 players

In this drill player A and B are on one side and players C and D are on the other side of the court. Coach starts the ball from outside the court. All players hit once and change. Players have to be the same playing level.

Obs. In this manner 4 players can play forehand cross like in the picture, forehand long, backhand long and cross.
